PRESENCE is PEACE (in Sanskrit we call it shanti) their meaning is pointing towards the same idea. The real essence of Presence/Peace means a mind that has emptied itself from the associations with the loud collective -egoic- mind and the powerful pull towards the social conditioning and behavior.

Peace is the very ground of mind, that which emanates from this ground and expresses throughout the body is true "presence" true "being" here and now, seeing reality as it is, free from all conditioning. With a clear and open heart -mind we meet the reality as it is.
This is the invitation to dive deep into "shanti". It will be a very short but intense retreat at this sacred healing location in Mallorca, "Ermita Sant Honorat". In this ancient hermitage many dedicated seekers of truth have spent a great part of their lifetime contemplating reality in deep absorption and dedication. It is a living sanctuary in the past as it is today.
For a long time we have been longing for and looking to find places here in Mallorca where we can give immersions - retreats - that are authentic, soul full, living spirituality in a simple and honest way, and we have been so blessed to have found the Hermitage of Sant Honorat that is in the very heart of Mallorca in the mystical hill of Randa.

This sacred hill and hermitage has been the refuge for many mystics to explore, contemplate and reside in the heart of simply beingness. Here we feel the naked heart alive with the intentions and prayers of hundreds of years. It is a silent invitation to rest, open ourselves, and dive in our own heart of being.

The "Presence immersion" will be a 5 day silent retreat. We will be going deep in meditation , body & energy sadhanas and satsang, to support the system to staying in "presence" in the Here and Now, to rest, trust and familiarize with our natural state of being and to allow the self-realization process to fully take root in our lives.

The retreat will have a maximum of 23 participants.
After the retreat there is an option to stay longer in Mallorca and attend the Satsang at the Pura Amrita living room for another 3 days from 27 to 29 September. There is a very limited capacity of only 8 spots, you will receive more information after your registration for the retreat.

REQUIREMENTS
Because this retreat is a profound and intense journey into the deepest aspects of yourself, it is important that we know who you are and what are your intentions and needs before acceptance.
Participant needs to have done a retreat or course or study online or in person with Sahaj and Satya. If this is not the case they will need to have a private consultation and session with Satya before acceptance into the retreat.
Participants must be free of any medication used for treating depression, anxiety or any other mental problems.
